The Surfaris have over 1000 Friends subscribed to their MySpace

The Surfaris and crew are now back home rounding out the summer season of exciting summer concerts. The band would like to thank all the fans who came out to enjoy the shows this year. The band would also like to thank the various concert promoters, city councils, churches, and event staff for their help. A special thanks goes out to K-Earth 101 legend Brian Bierne "Mr. Rock and Roll" and his wife Cindy for their help in booking the band this year.

Some of you have noticed that the band had taken on a lighter schedule this year. The reason being the arrival of two new jr. Surfaris to the Berryhill family. Joel and his wife Melody are now proud parents of beautiful twin girls, Faith and Selah (shown above). As you can see, they are ready to sing Surfer Joe right now! Bob, Gene and the rest of the family have been pitching in to help out! This makes four grand kids for Bob and Gene including their two other granddaughters Jane and Grace.

The Surfaris are also excited to announce that they have had over 1000 "friends" sign up on their MySpace! MySpace has been a great way for fans worldwide to keep in touch with the Surfaris concerts, music, and information. Some of those who have become The Surfaris MySpace "friends" have included fellow surf rockers The Chantays, Daddy O-Grande of Los Straitjackets, and guitar electronics pioneer Seymore Duncan. The band would like to say thank you to all of you who have taken the time to be a part of our MySpace.
